Black Diamond B280 基于一台 Bösendorfer 280 Vienna Concert（三角钢琴），也被称为 Concert Grand 280VC。它拥有独特的音色，既能轻松表现深沉的情绪，又保留了奥地利首都所闻名的温暖音乐性。

Bösendorfer 280 Vienna Concert 是一台大型 9 英尺音乐会三角钢琴，最早于 1828 年推出，曾被世界众多著名钢琴家使用，包括阿图尔·鲁宾斯坦（Artur Rubinstein）、弗拉基米尔·霍洛维茨（Vladimir Horowitz）和玛尔塔·阿格里奇（Martha Argerich）。

正如我们录制 Concert Grand YF3 时所做的一样，我们在意大利博洛尼亚的传奇录音棚 Fonoprint Studios 中，使用 DPA 麦克风进行近距离拾音，Schoeps 麦克风进行中距重合对录，完整捕捉这架杰出钢琴的声音。该录音棚位于一座十五世纪修道院建筑内，氛围独特。

Black Diamond B280 is based on a Bösendorfer 280 Vienna Concert, also known as the Concert Grand 280VC. With a timbre all its own, Black Diamond B280 can easily convey darker moods while conserving the warm musicality for which the Austrian capital is celebrated.

The Bösendorfer 280 Vienna Concert grand piano is a large, 9′ concert grand piano that was first introduced in 1828 and has been used by many of the world’s leading pianists, including Artur Rubinstein, Vladimir Horowitz and Martha Argerich.

Offering a broad tonal spectrum, easier playability and wide dynamics, without neglecting the richness of partial notes, it’s a truly remarkable and desirable instrument. It’s also the piano of choice for the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra with a “Viennese” sound that can now be yours in the Black Diamond B280.

Like our Concert Grand YF3, we used DPA microphones for the close miking and Schoeps mics for medium-distanced coincident pair to record this spectacular piano at the legendary Fonoprint Studios in Bologna, Italy, within the walls of a 15th century convent.

In addition to our many IK sample sessions over the years, Fonoprint has hosted the very best Italian and international artists from Ennio Morricone to Luciano Pavarotti to Andrea Bocelli.

Introducing a powerful new performance engine, Pianoverse recreates perfectly the immersive experience of playing the world’s finest pianos, while adding an inspiring range of sound-shaping environments, from iconic to exotic.

Pianoverse begins as a series of 8 remarkable instruments paired with unique spaces and loaded with presets. As we seek and gain access to other exceptional pianos, we’ll expand the series further. You can start with one or two and add others later, endlessly discovering new inspiration as you need it.
