更新后的注册机现已支持：

  • 多个 MAC 地址激活
  • 系统盘激活（实验性功能）

理论上，系统盘激活不会因启用或禁用网卡而受到影响。不过，Overloud 在生成系统盘硬件 ID 的代码中存在缺陷，因此我们将其标记为“实验性功能”。

以下是其获取系统盘信息的方式：

DeviceIoControl(..., IOCTL_STORAGE_QUERY_PROPERTY, ...);

GetVolumeInformation(..., volumeSerialNumber, ...);

问题出现在通过 DeviceIoControl 获取的以下字段：

  • vendorId
  • productId
  • productRevision
  • serialNumber

当其中某个值无法获取时，其偏移量（offset）会被设置为 0。

开发者本应在 offset 为 0 时跳过读取该值。虽然 Overloud 检查了数据长度，但并未检查 offset 是否为 0。

因此，当 offset 为 0 时，Overloud 产品会读取到错误的数据。

根据文档说明：

Offset 0 实际上指向的是 DWORD Version 字段。

所以这又是一个不太可靠的自制 DRM 方案。

不过，好消息是 MAC 地址激活方式仍然保留。只要你拥有固定的网卡，就不会因为这个缺陷而出现授权失效的问题。

The updated keygen support multiple MAC Address activation and system drive

activation (experimental). System drive activation should not be affected by

enabling / disabling network card. However, the Overloud code has flaw to

generate hardware ID of system drive. Thus, we labeled as “experimental” ;)

Here is how they get system drive information.

DeviceIoControl(…, IOCTL_STORAGE_QUERY_PROPERTY, …);

GetVolumeInformation(…, volumeSerialNumber, …);

+ volumeSerialNumber);

The problem happens when one of those vendorId, productId, productRevision,

serialNumber (acquired by DeviceIoControl) are not available. When the value

is not available, the value-offset becomes 0. Developer must skip reading

value when offset is 0. Overloud checks the length of the value, but they

do not check if offset is 0 or not. As a result, when offset is 0, Overloud

products read wrong value.

Anyway, as you know, MAC Address activation is still there. As far as you have

fixed network card, you will never have deactivation issue by this bug.

Our keygen support all Pack, RigLib, SuperCabinet currently available.

We recommend using TH-U Slate Edition (UNLOCKED) which contains all TH-U

functionality and custom “Slate Cabinet IR” cabinet. Anyway, this TH-U release

is still useful for legit ProTools users. TH-U (non Slate) is also updated

more frequently than Slate Edition.
