Synthogy Ivory 3 v3.0.8 Incl Emulator FIXED [WiN]

FIXED : This release contains updated emulator. Previous emulator supports

“*.ivorylib3” extension only. The updated one also supports “*.ivorylib” which

is used by non V3 libraries. Unfortunately, those old libraries are not

supplied to R2R at all. The test for those old libs are limited.
