In the case of these four beautifully harmonised gongs from Rome, Italy, we expand on their tonal range using our new Shepherd Mapping technique to create a gong-based chromatic instrument that responds just like a piano would. Housed in our all-new universal engine and GUI, the Gong Piano is an environment to create pulsing, ominous drones with newfound sonic depths full of foreboding mystery. It features hits, scrapes, harmonics and drones designed by Christian Henson, all with a truly organic hallmark (though from the sound of it, the organism isn\u2019t of this planet).
